After going through the evidence available and conducting interviews with some of the those involved in the case, a panel of law enforcement specialists all agreed on the theory that Burke Ramsey killed his sister, JonBenet, during Christmas 1996.

But the DNA found on the body did not match the brother, or either of the parents. The killer is someone else.

Spoken like a straight homophobe. And you determined he's gay based on your expert analysis of a candid photo?

Whereas the murder was 20 years ago, when the brother was 9. What evil, stereotypical gay behaviors are being expressed by 9-year-old gay boys? Apparently you must think you know the relevance of the brother's allegedly being gay reference to his guilt.

Are you implying that being gay naturally makes one a murderer? Like some straights also believes it makes us child molesters?

If not, then what has his being gay, or straight, got to do with the case, and his potential guilt or innocence? This article (of unknown credence by what may be personal attention seekers), comes 20 years after the crime. Are authorities trying to make-up for their OWN incompetence back then?

They had initially implied one or both of her parents had killed her. They've been all over the map with their theories. What they need to do is admit they failed in the initial investigation, and the case is tainted forever. To throw suspicion on the brother at this late stage is criminal in itself.

He has similar piercing eyes to those involved in other murders.

What "piercing eyes"? He's glancing off to the side. Give it a rest, Sherlock. And your hostility against gays gets to be a bit old here, in addition to being totally out of place on a gay site.

Why would the brother break into the house and leave boot prints in the snow...his bedroom was next to hers. Unless as a very smart 9 yo old he wanted to make it look like a break in lol.

DR. Phil castigated his viewers for making assumptions based on his smiling. Phil said (and I agree) it was a nervous reaction.
