Now they are blaming Bexit on the gays

I thought this site was about sports but my first topic sank down the the list of topics quicker than the Titanic. LOL. After lurking a bit more I see most of the topics are about bottoms, news and politics so I shall adjust accordingly.

Judging by a recent article, Daily Mail columnist Dominic Lawson is quite confident Britain wouldn’t — couldn’t –have left the EU if Prime Minister David Cameron hadn’t been so intent on pushing through same-sex marriage.

I shall add that if my being gay had anything to do with Brexit passing them I am quite pleased!

How did you vote on Brexit?
    And why?

Hello. I voted yes. We need to be able to control our own borders. Germany is a disaster with all the refugees. So is France and Belgium. Our NHS which is mightily struggling just to care for our own citizens would collapse should we have remained in the EU as citizens have the right to live in whichever EU country they want to.

Best thing the people of the UK did. Obama was out of place, by dictating how they should vote. With threats of coming last, if they didn't follow his advice. Truly who does he think he is, to visit another nation, and dictate to it, how to vote.

Well yes I was taken aback when he tried to tell us how to vote and all that but I don't think it changed any minds here.

There are seemingly many people who don't follow the liberal party line. Do you think they are really the same person or the same 2 or 3 people? Sounds like a personality disorder. Have you seen a medical professional?

Millions of gays want limited government....and mental case liberals can't handle it.

Many US gays don't want nanny state liberalism. We want our sovereignty respected by our trading partners....and a chance to rebuild our industrial base. We don't hate men or white people or anybody for that matter....Don't Tread On Me is our motto. We respect and value law enforcement, the military and our veterans. Freedom to own a firearm is a God given right. We are a lawful NATION of Borders, Language and Culture.

Every election a solid 30-35% of US gays vote Republican for at least one of these reasons. And our numbers are growing. Good to see the same thing is happening with our British friends.

    Welcome to the site, HotBloke!

Best to just laugh at the deranged liberals and post away like I do. I don't know much about British politics, but you seem like a rational and informed guy....so I welcome you and look forward to your input on RealJock.

Of course. Many gays don't buy the Democratic agenda but my point is the unhinged RJ liberals who can't grasp that and have to make stupid insinuations that all these people are just maybe 1 or 2.

Daily Mail, like 'The Sun' is just right wing garbage in UK. Anyone who foolishly thinks same-sex marriage is because of EU is really out of touch with what's happening. Germany, one of the most loyal EU members hasn't legalised same-sex marriage. Poland, another EU country has an outright constitutional ban on same-sex marriage. Greece, Italy and Slovakia aren't gay heavens either.

Brexit is a movement of lies and deceit. Really nothing has good come out of Brexit so far, and nothing good will come out of it when Britain possibly leaves in 2017 after article 50 is revoked. The value of sterling pound has already plummeted in the international market and the trend is likely to continue. The NHS is more isolated than ever. It was promised that NHS would receive 350 million pounds per week because the contributions to EU will be slashed, a claim since the Brexit was voted by the majority has been put to rest. Hate crimes in Britain has risen. It has also been conceded that Britain would be able to control its border, the UKIP style. Frankfurt is being touted as the next hub for jobs to migrate. Millions of jobs that comes in UK as a result of trade within the EU and through the contributions made by the EU are in murky waters now. Most importantly, it puts UK out of the single market. I hope it gets better.

Yes. I think we agree their paranoia is rooted in some form of mental illness. But these types usually only get treatment by a court order. The Baker Act in Florida can involuntarily commit them, should law enforcement be alerted, and deem them a potential problem.

He threatened nothing. He just said that trade deals were already in a queue and we'd just have to join the back of it, that's all. What was wrong with that. Also the NHS without european staff would just fall through the floor.

He had no business coming here trying to persuade us how to vote and NHS is failing already even with EU staff.
