    It is so important to stretch before working out. I do 45mins of Yoga, stretching then 45 mins of weight training. It is very relaxing and I have not had an injury ever. Check your blood pressure when you get to the gym and again after your Yoga/stretching.

    Who wants a muscular guy that can't grab his ankles. LOL

    It has so many benefits, for those wild guys in bed, even for those heavy lifters!

    Plus its just too relaxing man to give up.

    The question is not to stretch before lift, but do a good warm up. Yoga is one of the best warm up before everything because you will warm up all muscles and that's why you never get one injury. And have a guy with great flexibility in bed is veeeeeery good. I talk of myself because I'm a yoga teacher. Ahahahah

    I've read that it's more important to warm-up before lifting, then stretching afterwards. But I've found it's also important to stretch before as well.
