If this is true and not a joke or gossip than this resignation is going to throw this entire electoral process into total chaos and the end results might not be pretty for the American people. I am hoping that this rumor is baseless bullshit.

I’d never withdraw’: Trump refuses to back down as Republicans call for him to exit race
    https://www.yahoo.com/news/id-never-withdraw-trump-refuses-to-back-down-as-republicans-call-for-him-to-exit-race-174057972.html

Donald Trump defiantly insisted he would not end his campaign for the presidency, rejecting pressure from fellow Republicans to exit the race for the good of the party after the disclosure of lewd comments he made about women.

In three newspaper interviews published Saturday afternoon, the Republican presidential nominee dismissed the idea that his campaign is in “crisis” and said there was “zero chance” that he would quit the race in spite of calls from multiple Republicans for him to withdraw his candidacy.

“I’d never withdraw. I’ve never withdrawn in my life,” Trump told the Washington Post, adding that he has “tremendous support” from within the party to continue his campaign. “People are calling and saying, ‘Don’t even think about doing anything else but running, … You have to see what’s going on. The real story is that people have no idea the support. I don’t know how that’s going to boil down but people have no idea the support.”

“I never ever give up,” the celebrity businessman told the Wall Street Journal. “The support I’m getting is unbelievable, because Hillary Clinton is a horribly flawed candidate.”

And in an interview with the New York Times, Trump further insisted he can still win the presidency. “Oh yeah, we can win– we will win,” he said. “We have tremendous support. I think a lot of people underestimate how loyal my supporters are.”

POLITICO Breaking News: Pence reverses, no longer attending event with Paul Ryan
    http://www.politico.com/story/2016/10/politico-breaking-news-pence-reverses-no-longer-attending-event-with-paul-ryan-229351

Gov. Mike Pence will no longer be attending a Saturday campaign event in Wisconsin with House Speaker Paul Ryan.

Donald Trump was slated to attend the event but was dropped Friday evening after a leaked tape revealed the GOP nominee making crude comments about sexually harassing women. As of Friday, Pence had still planned to attend.

A top Pence advisor says Pence was not disinvited but decided not to go of his own accord.

Don't even try it bunk because Clinton is one hundred times more despicable and dishonest than Trump could ever be. This is the crooked, power hungry cunt who pressured all the female victims of Bill Clinton's rapes to shut up or face very costly consequences. Hillary is definitely the lowest of the low.

Republican National Committee 'halts Trump mail campaign'

The Republican National Committee appears to have at least temporarily halted the operations of some of the "Victory" programme that is devoted to electing Donald Trump, Politico reports.

In an email from the RNC to a victory programme mail vendor, with the subject line "Hold on all projects", the committee asked the vendor to "put a hold" on mail production, it says.

"Please put a hold/stop on all mail projects right now. If something is in production or print it needs to stop. Will update you when to proceed," Lauren Toomey, a staffer in the RNC's political department, wrote in an email that was obtained by Politico.

Neither Toomey nor Rick Wiley, a top RNC official who was cc'd on the email, responded to requests for comment.

This is why all this propaganda is breaking out about Trump. It is the crooked, entrenched establishment from both the republican and democratic parties that wants Trump to pull out of the campaign so the corrupt career politicians can find one of their own as his replacement in the GOP ticket so it will be business as usual in Washington. Go figure.

I agree this would be traumatic for the American electoral process. But we are a pretty strong & resilient people, and so are our institutions. I think we acquired a little of the Brit "Carry On" attitude from our colonial days. And also perhaps from our pioneer past. We tend to hang in there, we don't cut & run. We'll get through this, one way or another.

Yet I do have to say the Republicans brought this upon themselves. What the HELL were they thinking in nominating something like the megalomaniacal, unprepared Trump? Had they lost their minds?

This wasn't done TO them, they did it to themselves. And a lot of soul-searching must follow. Or else their Party may fade into history.

But no one, not Democrats or others in the GOP, are making up the words he uttered against women in that video. Those are his words. Is this the type of character of a man you are looking to vote for President Of The United States? RoadBikeRob, you do a lot of Hillary bashing, but Trump is of very questionable character, and he has no political experience on top of that!! How can people want to vote for this man? It's insane.

Besides that the only thing green about you is your moldy penis, to begin with you'd have to admit first your own hypocrisy of still supporting your GOP leader while calling Democrats hypocrites for denouncing your head Republican, which we really only do as this is so in line with the rest of his predatory crap.

Try to keep in mind that this is the straw that broke your back, not ours. We already knew he was a piece of shit. Hell, I've known it for decades.

Besides that, and while we might argue whether the cigar aficionados affair was consensual, that entire Lewinsky scandal took place in 98, AFTER HE WAS ELECTED. NOT BEFORE.

Or are you saying that the cigar would have helped him on the campaign trail, speaking of who's really the hypocrite here.

First of all, I don't "adore" Bill Clinton. He's OK. I was his military escort at the welcoming home ceremony for Arkansas troops following Desert Storm, when he was Governor. And was also the co-Master of Ceremony for the big banquet that night which the Clintons attended.

I thought he had shifty eyes. I'd met him a few time before on official business. Also Hillary briefly. And even young Chelsea in passing, flying into Little Rock on a plane. I was in First Class, But Governor Clinton and his family sat 3-across in Coach. No special treatment for them at taxpayer expense, I can assure you.

Second, Trump is running against Hillary Clinton, not Bill. A lot of you guys seem to be forgetting that. Can you stay focused on Hillary? That's the name on the ballot, not Bill Clinton.

If they're as loony as Trump is, then he's got a guaranteed voter block. But that's not enough to get him elected, I hate to tell his sycophants.

The election ended yesterday for Trump. Now is the time to move on and talk about the Hillary Clinton Presidency.

First all, it's HILLARY Clinton who's running for President. Not Bill. Forget about Bill.

But if you must obsess about him, imagining him to be the candidate here, let's see what his offense was.

He got a blow job under his desk. He didn't rape anyone, as far as I know. He parsed words, and claimed a BJ wasn't having sex, versus actual vaginal penetration, that he didn't have. A poor distinction.

His wife stood by him. Noble, maybe foolish, but might have helped to snap some sense into Bill's head. As did some Republican political theatre of a sham impeachment proceeding & trial that everyone knew would go nowhere. Waste of taxpayer money, but good Republican PR.

Just like the Benghazi and email issues have been against Hillary. Waste of taxpayer money that proved no wrongdoing, but good Republican PR, against an anticipated Hillary candidacy.

Nice that my taxpayer dollars were wasted on partisan political efforts by Republicans to undermine a Democratic aspirer to the White House. I wonder how much they'd squeal if public money and valuable legislative time was spent on political witch hunts against THEM?

But returning to the real issue, what has any of this to do with Hillary's candidacy?

Let's talk instead about Trump's 3 marriages. The Clintons are still married, neither ever divorced. Trump cheated on his wives before he divorced them. Has had numerous known mistresses during those multiple marriages.

Is this also fair game for discussion & comment? Regarding his fitness for the Oval Office? If Bill Clinton's indiscretions are relevant to a Hillary Presidency, then I would certainly think that Donald Trump's open whoring around should be, too. Why don't you start?
