Hey! I thought I'd create another Fat-to-Fit topic for RealJockers out there that have lost weight and achieved the ideal body type they want. Sorry, it's not for Skinny-to-Fit, that can be another topic.

I used to be 285+ lbs sitting at 40% body fat. After 10-12 long years of dieting and changing my habits, I reached my goal of 165 lbs sitting at 9% body fat. Since that goal was met, I've been building more natural testosterone to change my structure into a chiseled masterpiece. I'm now bulking and gaining to reach that ideal buff type you see on ColtStudioGroup.com ;) like in this hot scene here: http://www.coltstudiogroup.com/scene/201-muscle-ridge-scene-3

Please view my pictures to see the progress and comparison pictures. I'll be posting my current picture soon once I feel good about it. A shirtless picture won't come out until it's ready. I want a big "whoa!" when I do a final comparison shot.

Good luck to us all and feel free to ask any questions about weight loss and muscle gains. I love bodybuilding and would love to provide tips to any weightlosers out there!

I should post some new photos. I've really leaned down this year thanks to taking more of a paleo approach but more importantly by adhering to an intermittent fasting schedule of eating. I've lost nearly forty pounds of blubber.

I had a bad cold over the past two weeks and took some time away from the gym. When I get back on track I will take and post them here.

I did a 230lbs to 160 lbs drop over time. (Pics in profile)
Always had hard times controlling my eating habit growing up.

    Glad learned how to overcome.

2 years ago I weighted 80KG (176lb?) and started traveling across Canada and the USA. after a year I gained 25KG (44lb?)... So i was 105KG (231lb?) When I came back home. I lost a lot of muscle mass and gained a lot of fat.
After I came back home i picked my old lifetyle back up and lost the 25KG (44lb?) and now gained 2KG of muscle in a year icon_smile.gif

You look great, Leo! How long was it before you could really see your body changing?

Thanks! I took a good 2 months before I really started seeing some difference physically. Mentally, I felt better almost instantaneously as I was eating much healthier and my body and mind was thanking me for it.

I think I overtrained when I was losing weight. I got really lean and I kept lifting without eating. Due to injuries, I stopped working out for 2 years. My arms ended up growing bigger in muscle size (currently 14.75'', it was at 14'' only). It just goes to show that you really need to recover from working out sometime.

I'm jumping back into the gym this month to get that perfect body I've always wanted with no loose skin icon_smile.gif.

Good luck to everyone out there who's trying to get fit.
