Hey Guys. Trying to figure the best way to build (tone) my body. I'm in my 40's, 5'9", about 155 lbs. and vegetarian (a wanna be vegan). I usually stay with Conscious Consumer supplement companies (Optimum Nutrition, NOW, Deva, Garden of Life). But before I get started, I feel like I'm already on supplement overload! Here is what I have.

    Whey Protein
    Creatine
    Micellar Casein
    Beta-Alanine
    Amino Energy
    L-Glutanine
    Test Booster
    Multivitamin
    Flaxseed Oil
    Joint Support
    Carb Powder
    Green Tea Extract/Fat Burner
    Vitamin B
    Vitamin C
    Vitamin E

If there's any suggestions about subtracting or adding supplements, it would appreciated. As well as any work out routines, books, etc. Once again, appreciate the help.

    Thanks,

    Michael

I bet you pay as much for the test booster as you do for all the rest of it. It's worthless and some of it is dangerous. Get a doc specialist to check your test level and if you need it raised, get a prescription for a bioidentical. I think sublingual is the best. He'll check a dozen other markers in your blood to make sure everything stays balanced. The two proteins can be combined; in fact the one I use mixes five to get a laddered absorption over a period of about five hours. I don't know what Amino energy is but with the protein and an otherwise balanced diet it shouldn't be necessary as proteins break down into amino acids. Eat your carbs in food. More fun and healthier but only when you need an energy boost like pre-workout. D3 and B12 are good.
