    eat less

get to know your calorie intake and dont go too low on the calories too soon

Keep a daily food log (use www.fitday.com or something similar) and create a daily deficit of 500 calories try dropping 200 calories one week upping 100 the next rinse and repeat and read the comments in the lose weight thread.

get yourself a rucksack and some bags of sand if you cant afford weights and draw up a routine starting with major compound moves moving from big muscle groups to smaller muscles.

    Work to failure

Always progress either in weight or in repetitions

You need to activate your metabolism.

Bring your calories up. Do interval training. Do resistance training. Keeps your sugars down. You should NEVER feel hungry.

Breakfast like a king, dinner like a prince, and supper like a pauper.

You've trained your metabolism how to be a fat-storing machine. You need to get it fired back up again.

go to the gym. Pick one of the workout plan on the site in the Topics section and go for it. It can be done, you just need to put in the effort. No amount of wishing is going to get you into shape, only your own effort will.

As I understand it, eating too few calories puts the body into a famine mode, where it does absolutely everything it can to not burn fat. A friend of mine has a son who weighs around 700 pounds, and his son can eat a starvation diet of only a few hundred calories a day and not lose any weight.

you're gonna have to put some sweat equity into your life to get where you wanna be
...and put a pad lock on the fridge that makes you have to do thirty crunches in order to open the dooricon_wink.gif
