Consider this, just 8 months ago back in June, my bench press was in the 90 lb. range. I have increased my bench by 115 lbs doing nothing more than exercising 6 days a week. My question is, what can I expect from here. My goal is 225 lb by April 1st. I could only bench 205 twice tonight, but I'm getting there. The changes my body has made in the last 8 months is unbelievable. I just wish I had a before and after. Though I'm not cut, I'm getting there quickly. Just thought I'd share. I started cheering to myself in the gym. Got some funny looks but I didn't care.
