<=== I'm not from us, canada, or england.

anyway english isn't my first language, so I don't speak english very well. (doesn't mean i can't live in US since i live in Portland 3 years now)
(oh and it doesn't mean i'm stupid either since i speak Korean very well)

my grammar isn't good and my pronunciation is fucked up too. but well anyway what i wanna ask is.

-none english speakers are less attractive than english speakers?

well, it doesn't matter they guy has good looking or nice body. I'm just talkin about the language.

i personally like people who speak several languages. they don't have to be perfect, but if they speak pretty well and have no problem with their lives, that is awesome for me. (and it makes them look smarter!)

    so well. JUST WONDERED! icon_smile.gif

The inability to speak English does not make you less attractive, however it does force a communication barrier which can be a hindrance to some (me included).

I think some people are attracted to certain languages/accents. I don't think I've ever heard anyone say they were attracted to Asian accents. Any of the European languages/accents will probably give some guys a major hard-on though. icon_lol.gif

Though I do speak English very well, yeah I agree. Some people seem to think that the inability to speak English well is indicative of being stupid (or retarded).

What they don't realize is that when they try to speak our languages, they too sound just as hilarious and just as stupid. icon_lol.gif

After moving to a country where I did not know the language, I would never judge some one who does not know the language fluently in the country they are living in. I think your appreciation grows when you go through the experience first hand.

I do agree that it can be a big barrier though, it has been for people I have met here for sure.

You mean body language, right? icon_lol.gif

By the way.. sign language is not universal. Each language has it's own sign language. icon_wink.gif

Love language of love is universal.

When I met my Russian man, his English was limited, but we still had no trouble communicating. Plus I found his Russian accent so sexy, such a turn on; how I long to hear him call my name again!

I have also found it amazing on my trips to the USA. We both speak English, albeit. I'm Aussie English, is so diffrent to American English, even our spelling is diffrent. there is such a big communication barrier.

I have no trouble understanding Americans. But because I don't speak America English, and I have an Aussie accent, and a strong one at that. It is they who don't understand me. I find it so funny.icon_biggrin.gif

It's like people yelling to be heard when they talk to someone who is blind. You are not the stupid one.

There is however a universal(I don't know a better word...union?) sign for Europe. This is a neat fact I learned here. I knew that it was different in all countries anyways because it is something I was taught when I learned ASL...but it is not very useful in Spain.

I doubt it is the broken English, but the whining is definitely unattractive.

I prefer non-native speakers, I find it so charming. That, and the implication that the non-native person might be from abroad makes the prospect that much more intriguing... Just saying.

Accents can be attractive ... but it's also a super turn off when you find yourself talking with the guy in front of you with sign language and even then he don't understand it right ...

Sorry !! communication is important ... u don't have to speak my language, just one language that we both know is enough .

English is the most important language in the world, but it doesn't mean 'people who speak english are smart'

    - Well they are just lucky.

P.S. I Do love Korean and Japanese and I'm proud of myself about speaking 3 languages anyway.

It depends I guess, someone might find your accent really hot some others might not. The same way some guys like dark eyes and other guys prefer blue, hazel or green.

It works the same way than any physical description, it doesn't say anything about you. I personally find french accent really cute and kind of a turn on, yet my bf just speaks english but overall he has other virtues that catch my attention. Don't worry about it, you are way more than just an accent.

Fuck no. As a matter of fact , guys with broken English can be exotic and seductive . When I was younger, going to college in Michigan all kind of men find me attractive due to my foreign accent. My American live in lover even start to learn some simple word of my language because he found it pretty and intersting.

By the way, why are we limiting our self to English speakig guys only. You mean there it any easier (or sexier) communicating with guys from other areas say Spanish, Japanese etc.

    XRICH,

Those stuff you said about nobody find Asian Accent attractive are pure nonsense. I find a Thai men trying to speak English as sexy as hell. It something about their languange that sound so persuasive and polite. Transalate it into English , is one lethal seductive weapon.
Or are we back to square one, nobody (especially fellow Asian) find Asian men attractive
