I'm trying these Tanka Bites: Buffalo Meat with Cranberries.
I think I got them from Whole Foods.
It's an Eat Right for Your Blood Type beneficial food for me.

I have to go to the grocery store, Krogers, and get some pumpernickle bread in case I feel like going to McDonald's in the next 4 days.

I always throw away either the top or bottom of the bun. I've been doing that for about 12 years.
Now, I'm going to try to throw away the top, bottom, and middle (if that's the case--I don't usually get a Big Mac, rarely).

Yea, last night I said, I was going to try that for two to four weeks. If I don't have Pumpernickle bread at home, I cannot go to McDonald's.

For what you're doing, a double is less expensive.
