Are you inclined to use it. Who else here uses Dr. Jefferey Thompson's Gamma and Hypergamma? i heard frequent use for lengthy periods of time can cause anxiety. I also read somewhere that the mind habitualizes the entrainment but i dont think im there yet, i have a clutter of residual brainwaves from the books ive read that are like epiphanies, i'm praying to the lord to give me clarity to recognize the difference between residual brainwaves and actual sensitivities. email me your experiences.

I listen to the Gamma and Gamma 2.0 CDs.
What do the instructions say about using them?
What is the purpose for going that high with the brainwaves?

Delta is when you heal so I'm not really sure why, but its cool to be at the same level as the monks.
