The foods that are most likely to do so include cheese, yogurt, grains (bread, pasta, crackers, rice, cereals), chocolate, and alcohol. These foods lower testosterone by increasing the activity of an enzyme, aromatase, which converts testosterone into estrogen.

It appears you are as stupid about nutrition as you are about politics.

OK, for others reading this: the key is a balanced diet. Vegetables are part of it. Not all, but a part.

Humans are omnivores, evolved to eat many things. Therefore, we are healthiest when we eat many things. The trick is the balance.

Plus we evolved in different places. Some of us do great with meat. Others better with grains. Or seafood.

How do yah know what you are? I think it's kinda instinctive, if you can get past all the modern advertising hype. Or peer pressure.

I truly believe you know what's best for you to eat, if you just listen to yourself. Your body may know better than you do. Listen to it.

SOY HAS BEEN DOCUMENTED TO LOWER TESTOSTERONE!!

Bread can add to weight gain and thus increase estrogen.

Key here would be to NOT GET FAT or OBESE!!

A more reputable source (International Journal of Endocrinology):

    https://www.hindawi.com/journals/ije/2012/789653/

TL;DR: If you are fat, or becoming one, you're playing with your hormones and sabotaging your testosterone.

I try to avoid breads and alcohol.

But I have to have my pasta and chocolate sometimes or I become like a rabid dog. Drooling at the mouth!

I consume four of those five foods every day. If they're keeping my testosterone level down, then I shudder to think how much hornier I'd be if I didn't eat them.
