Nope. If both of you are clear of all the usual suspects, no danger. The problem is that some issues, notably HIV doesn't show up in test right away. I believe the current gestation is considered 3-4 weeks so even if you go with some guy to be tested and he tests negative, anything he picked up in the last 3-4 weeks won't yet show up. Monogamy is one way to deal with that but even then, you have to have an honest partner. PreP helps with HIV but other, more treatable diseases are still out there.

Greater than 90% or hiv infections will show up in 4 weeks. It takes about a month for you body to make enough antibodies to the virus for it to test positive on the assay. However, we still quote 3 months as the window as some rare people will be slow to make antibodies.
Try doing porn. Porn stars get tested using assays that look for the virus itself rather than antibodies. So it's more accurate and if someon has no viral copies detectable in their blood they can't give you the virus.

I am on PreP and get bred like beast. Have been bred for years and still negative, but I have a VERY accommodating hole (that's the polite way of saying Iam well stretched and can accommodate huge toys and guys paws so a human cock while I can still milk it it with my ass muscles is not going to make me bleed). If you want to be a breeding bottom with multiple guys you need to go on PreP. That said, you are at risk for everything else but all sports--and yes sex is the ultimate male pleasure sport--carry a risk. For football it's torn ligaments/tendons or even concussion, for sexual athletes its STI's. You just have to make the personal decision of if it's worth the risk. I have enjoyed thousands of sex partners and continue to do so. I have had in that time seven STI's which amounts to less tan a thousandth of a single percent, a few shots and/or oral antibiotics. For me, it's totally worth the pleasure I get.

PrEP will not stop one contracting multi-resistant HIV

It appears that the OP is long since gone - but -
No, The operative words being, "don't have anything."

Unfortunately, it is impossible to be certain that neither of you "have anything," unless you know both of you have avoided sexual contact with anyone else for a substantial period of time. Some diseases take time to show symptoms.

Besides HIV, hepatitis B and C are very serious diseases, potentially fatal (although now treatable, although "C" only at a very great cost) that can be transmitted by sex. Also the run of the mill stuff like syphilis and gonorrhea (of which there is now a drug-resistant variety that is very difficult to treat). Plus anal warts (something you don't want ever to get) and herpes.

You roll the dice and takes your chances.

I remember in 2012 after becoming single and discovering Grindr that I was getting messages from young guys wanting me to "breed them". The first few I just said no I will not have condomless sex with an unknown random. But with relative frequency I noticed on Grindr that guys of all ages where asking me to "breed them". Curiosity got the better of me as while the occasional one I hooked up with would relent to my request by 2016 none of those guys asking to "be bred" by me would even entertain sex or block me occasionally because I didn't want to fuck them raw so I started avoiding answering the question and try to understand why this illogical situation was becoming more frequent.

The most common response was that it was a fantasy and that when asked about concern of aquiring an STI none of them had much concern and where willing to take my word that I was HIV neg and clear of any other STI. My suggestion is to find a regular partner who you can verify is either, HIV negative and not engaging in lots of risky BB sex with others, is POZ but undetectable, or is on Prep and preferably you be as well.

Don't believe any guy about his status as he may have been recently HIV neg but their is a window period since last test, on Prep but may not be adhering to daily dosage, may have reached and sustained an UVL but for all you know hasn't taken his meds for 2 months. Then their is Syphlis and other STI's and the fact that symptoms may not show much on him but could be debilitating on you.

I myself with BF or regular known guys who I can verify their sexual health have relented and engaged in BB insertive anal sex but never have or ever will willingly be a receptive partner BB, though I average less than one incidence per 2 years anyway even with condoms all of which makes me not qualified to have an opinion about the pleasure/let down you will get from "being bred". My understanding is that for most it's a psychological thrill and with that being the case you need to ask yourself is it worth while to place you health at risk with a random for a psychological thrill???

Wow dude, I'm loving your "sexual athletes" perspective. Sex is for sure the most fun sport, and so much amazing physicality and athleticism to be put on display to lovers, and at times an audience.

I have tons of guys who sabbatoge condoms. It starts to get old and my trust is botched when I find they have damaged the condom on purpose so that it will break when I'm "breeding" them wearing it.

STI's aren't fun. I've not had many, but it's not worthy it to me to risk it, so I always wear a condom.
