    Fresh air and exercise being good for mental health = trump.


    I believe any activity in the outdoors is going to be good for physical and mental health.

    I love and live the outdoors.

    A great believer in that was President Harry Truman. Who used to take morning walks on the public sidewalk. Especially when he was down in Key West, while the White House was gutted for renovation.

    Even after his term expired Truman used to walk the sidewalks back in Missouri. Of course a different degree of threat & security than we have today.

    Even so, by comparison I doubt Trump can dare show his face on a public sidewalk. And his appearance at the French Independence Day on July 14 may cause riots. We shall see.

    Whenever I am in a bad mood or want to clear my mind I go for a walk. Makes me feel good.
