    He canNOT mean 50 mg of fat. But what is he talking about?

    I'm afraid I'm not going to be cooking 1 cup of rice in my rice cooker until I get below 195 lbs.

    No, Bae: a cup of brown rice only has 45 grams of carbs.

    Maybe given your level of exercise, you should cut your carbs to 100.
    BUT when you get to a certain point, up your carbs to 200.

    Remember your friend at the health club, Lifetime Fitness, he told you he eats a lot of carbs.
    He's the friend who can leg press 700 lbs. He's under 30 and he's a semi-professional hockey player.
