Hi. Are there any certified nutritionists that can help me lose weight? I don't want to have a fat belly anymore...

Not certified but... eat smaller portions. Nothing with sugar. Nothing white except milk and cauliflower. Nothing from fast food. No snacks. No soda. It really is easy.

    You're what? 24?
The problem is, if your profile is correct, you're only exercising twice a week for a total of 2 hrs a week.

I won't even begin to tell you about nutrition for losing belly fat until you get your exercise up to 8 hours a week.

Like 2 hours on Saturday and at least 1 hour on Sunday and one hour each day, M-F.

And that's why its good to have more than one Real Jock brother because one of your other brothers can answer you differently, if you don't like my answer.

    Except MILK and CAULIFOWER?

Oh, Jesus: that's not good nutrition advice.

For sound nutrition advice, those are two foods I avoid. If Friendlyguy25 has the same bio-markers I have, he would not be eating right.

Speaking of cauliflower, prepare it just like you were making mashed potatoes. I do it with a stick blender. It tastes better than mashed potatoes !

Avoid fast foods or excessive fatty foods
