Bodybuilder mom dies from too much protein before competition
"Upon her death, the doctors discovered Hefford had been living with a rare disorder – urea cycle disorder – which stops the body from being able to break down protein. The disorder can lead to fatal levels of ammonia in the bloodstream and excessive fluid on the brain.

Her final cause of death was ruled as an “intake of bodybuilding supplements” in addition to the undiagnosed illness, reported Perth Now."

Poorly written article that is basically saying that protein powder is bad. She had a medical condition which is clearly stated in the article. No one knew it in time to save this person's life.

There are also bodybuilders who don't use protein supplements. They get all of their protein from food sources. Had this been the cause with this young women the same outcome would have more than likely have happened.

This is just more valid proof that you dont need all that protein. You definitely dont need protein in every single meal, that is unrealistic and abnormal. These bodybuilding diets are all nonsense and should be prohibited by law.
