I've decided to prepare the Japanese meal Sukiyaki for tomorrow's Sunday Lunch.
Because although lots of preparation, one cooks it at the table, and the broth is very important.
Lots of Asian vegetables, tofu, prawns, and I've splashed out obviously some Wagu beef.
Just over $300:00, for 400 grams. Such beautifully tender beef.

Thanks Deco, think I'll try a Galette suprise for desert.
Since the other half loves his deserts.
One of those people, who can eat what he likes, and not put on weight.

    Once again thanks Deco.
Just got home from getting some fresh produce to make a Breton Galette.
It was a toss up between a Blueberry & Pecan filling. Or Apple?
Decided I'd do a Apple filling; here goes.

Suppose in this Bona Fide Homosexual household, it's my other half that lucks out, on having his own personal chef.
But then, he is the engineer of the family; I no complain.

Having the choice of doing my desert in croissant Style, or as a pie. I decided on pie.
I didn't do a pastry top, as I layered the sliced apples in a formation.
Although when I do a Blueberry and pecan pie style, I'll put on a pastry top.

Another successful Sunday lunch. But oh my, so much food.
Thankfully, the biggest portion of it, was vegetables.
