Examples of why people ignore me when I talk about Blood Type Diet-GenoType Diet

    Pepper, Black
Me: I limit my intake of Black Pepper because I'm blood type O Secretor
Other person: the piperine in black pepper eases digestion and stimulates the stomach, which then secretes more hydrochloric acid that helps to digest proteins in food, etc.

    Aloe Vera
Me: I limit my intake of Aloe Vera because I'm blood type O Secretor
Other person: it's an anti-inflammatory and treats diabetes, etc.

    Carrots
Me: I limit my intake of Carrots because I'm a Hunter GenoType. It is neutral for my blood type. I can get my beta carotene from other sources. At least my tumeric is orange; and, no, apricots also need to be limited in intake because I'm a Hunter GenoType.
    Other person:
I still juice carrots, I don't care. Carrots are good for you. Apricot? That guy went to jail for eating apricot seeds which reduced his brain tumor. I'm not going to tell you any more. You go ahead with that Blood Type and Geno Type diet and miss out on all the nutritional benefits of a whole lot of foods.

Im personaly very interested in nutrition and health via food and exercise.

I dont realy talk about these subjects except in 1.a superficial way or 2.someone engages me on the subject.

If you feel people are ignoring you or excluding you, maybe your boring them with the subject?

    Talk about something mutually engaging?

What situations are you having these dialogues that leave you feeling excluded?

Alright, no one has yet come up with the obvious but difficult response.
    Here it is.

Dr. D and all either have to get the websites that post Top 10 benefits of such and such of food and get them to put in the BloodType-GenoType qualifications
    OR
put up their own Top 10 benefits of such and such foods.

    1) When I ask what's in a certain dish, when I'm checking if a dish includes a food for which I have a sensitivity.
    2) When everyone is talking about diets or they are talking about getting some sort of surgery to keep their weight down
