Hey guys, so I didn't see this specifically and wanted to give it a try. Personally I wanted to get some tips and some thoughts on my personal fitness progress, but thought others might want the same too. So feel free to hijack this to post your own before/afters and ask for the advice you want as well.

So I've been working out the last 2 years(ish) and started very slow at that. Currently I run and get fun cardio via hiking and sports (to fight the flab and enjoy doing it). I also currently do strength training at gym about 3 times a week focusing on upper body, lower body, and a catch all day respectively. Wanted to share my pics and ask if you were me, what muscle group or whatnot that you would be focusing on more and how you would do that. And yes, I'm aware there's much lacking and still alot to be done, haha. I'm not going for building alot of mass but more of a toned and well rounded muscle look. Thanks all!

I'd hit the abs, chest, and shoulders more. All in all good progress.

Ya, looking good but chest and shoulders a bit more. I'd break the training into back/bi, chest/tri, and shoulders days with legs added wherever you have time. In fact, I'd suggest you add a 4th gym day even if it meant cutting back a bit on cardio. But you have to enjoy what you do, too, and what you're doing is working. I liked it when I suddenly realized I was making progress and that my goals were never-ending improvement, and fine tuning the body. Sounds like you've just crossed that line, too! Good work!

Thanks all. Yeah thinking about adding a 4th day and switching up the routine a bit.
