    Jacuzzi and kneeling on one knee, each knee, in the Jacuzzi, 45 minutes, total. Took a shower.

    I'll be glad when my blood pressure gets out of the danger zone.

    Not a coffee drinker. Not an orange juice drinker (not good for my blood type)

    Remember when you were in your twenties, 30s, and 40s, you used to run 1.6 miles.
    Try to get your distance up. Get it up to 1 mile, week of 1/15/2018.

    I'm going to want to see 50 yards of American Crawl and 50 yards of Backstroke.

    I want to see 15 minutes of practicing your tennis serve and 15 minutes of hitting the racquetball against the wall in a racquetball room.
    I know, I know, you're going to have to get into some real tennis and racquetball shoes and out of those New Balance Boracay v3 running shoes (which aren't even cross-trainers) -- totally inappropriate for racquetball and tennis and probably why your having trouble getting your gait back.

    The Boracays look cool and have served their purpose but you cannot step foot on any court with them.

    They're discontinued anyway. They're not in the current line up. They're a sale item now.

    Have been eating Larabars for breakfast to cut down carbs at breakfast time--no cereal, no egg yolk, no hash browns.
