Remember to keep track of your weight and body fat so you can adjust your diet as you go. Even a perfect diet isn't perfect forever. If you gain muscle you'll need more calories, but aging can make it slower. Always check where you are and change your diet accordingly. A trainer in your gym or a dietitian can measure your body fat for you. You should do it at least once every 3 months.

That is the whole damn trouble with bodybuilding, their unrealistic diets. This is why I turned my back on bodybuilding after doing it on and off for about 25 years. The protein requirement is absolutely ridiculous. You dont need protein in every single meal. Also most of these bodybuilding diets are nothing more than unfulfilling nuts and twigs diets that make you miserable 24/7. Like normal working people like myself have all the time in the world to cook everything especially some of these idiotic meals that these bodybuilders have thought up of in the windmills of their minds, NOT! I am not giving up my morning breakfast of orange juice, hot coffee, and two plain bagels with butter. Aint happening!
