Actually it is. Extreme weather swings are an effect of global warming. And BTW, other parts of the Earth are experiencing a milder winter. While parts of the US have been enduring hotter than average summers, and extended drought with water shortages.

    Whatever the cause, it's happening!

Do you think all the extreams and intense weather could simply be an act of Mother Nature......naturally?

I mean, maybe God is simply getting ready to destroy the earth with fire? RU Ready? Just a thought........

    [Revelation]
{8:6} And the seven Angels who hold the seven trumpets prepared themselves, in order to sound the trumpet.
{8:7} And the first Angel sounded the trumpet. And there came hail and fire, mixed with blood; and it was cast down upon the earth. And a third part of the earth was burned, and a third part of the trees was entirely burned up, and all the green plants were burned.
{8:8} And the second Angel sounded the trumpet. And something like a great mountain, burning with fire, was cast down into the sea. And a third part of the sea became like blood.
{8:9} And a third part of the creatures that were living in the sea died. And a third part of the ships were destroyed.

This fierce winter cyclone is going to mostly blast New England, eastern New York, New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, eastern Maryland, eastern Virginia and obviously Washington DC. Buffalo, Erie, and Pittsburgh will remain on the outskirts of this fierce winter storm. All three cities will get some of the outfall of this storm but it will be nothing compared to what the Northeast Corridor, the New England states, and Nova Scotia Canada are all going to be wolloped with this coming weekend.

That's why Liberals changed the name from Global Warming to Global Climate Change because the climate is never supposed to change.

Even though father earth has been heating and cooling.
Forming and storming for a bloody long time now.

During the period of 1645 - 1715. In the middle of the Little Ice Age.
There was a period of low solo activitie. Known as the Maunder Minimum.
The Spare Minimum has also been identified, as with the significant cooling period between 1460 & 1550.
Nothing to do with Climate change. Thus we can't rule out another Little Ice Age.

No hotter then averages here. The warm days are pretty scarce here. Everyone will have to move to Wisconsin, if it is getting too hot where you live. lol Most of our summer is very cool--only a week or 2 do we even see temps near 90.

Climate has been changing all the time. The entire state of Wisconsin was once covered in glaciers and then melted, which is very observable today throughout much of the state. But scientists do not know why this happened here. But it had a profound effect on our landscape and many of our lakes and rivers changed drastically. The earth constantly changes and will continue to change to the last day. We have only been keeping temp data for a little over 100 years, so it's really impossible to determine any trends at all.
