Hey I'm trying to get a new workout plan going, because I'm starting to rotate shifts. Days 7a to 7p for two weeks at a time, then nights 7p to 7a. I only work three days a week but the overnights really mess up my routine. anyone have any suggestions to get beyond this? I do really great on the weeks that I'm on days, but I feel like it's all undone once I switch back to night shifts. any input would be much appreciated.
