I cannot find a shoe that has the durability, lightness, and side and arch support for cross-fit type ground and animal flow movement, open running, and acro training. I tried Nike cross-fit/open running, but sole material cuts when doing high intensity and elevation HITT workouts. I do jumping, acro, and high intensity 40% grade elevated HITT running on the treadmill regularly. Any suggestions? I tried soccer and football indoor shoes, but too little arch support and foot padding to absorb toe to heel compression/shock.
