    I hate driving, and am all for robot cars...

    I am actually fairly curious on how they will handle certain things, that novice humans can't handle. For instance this is at the end of my street.

    The driverless car has no steering wheel or pedals... so there's no possibility of a manual override.

    You have no choice; you have to go wherever the robot car takes you, and live with whatever it does along the way.
