    Does anyone have information pertaining to internet sites giving training examples of incorporating the heavy bag within their overall exercise regiment??????

    Hey bud. I'm a boxing coach and masters boxer. I have a good bud online who has some awesome videos and workouts for boxers and fighters. Try the link I've sent you below. This video is specifically a heavy bag workout you can do. Shane is awesome.

    I am not a Master Trainer. I am not a boxing coach. I was, maybe still am, a boxer. Record 165-3. Not Sugar Ray Robinson or Ray Leanord. I have a fight, smoker, coming up at 54.
