Nuts are filled with some really good stuff, like Zinc and other vitamins, minerals and good fats.
I also like to support my local growers and businesses. https://royalhawaiianorchards.com/
I love these tropical goodies and they help fill a sugar urge and are low on the glimatiic index scale.

Unsalted cashew nuts and almonds are part of my daily diet so I don't see myself indulging on them when I have the chance.

I guess my favorite would be cashew nuts since it's so easy to eat lots of them.

Those which are found between a man's legs. If you suck on them, you may get a proteinacious liquid.

    I say the same.
