    Today's world is full of strife, hostilities, anger and division. What are someways that take you away?

    I call these Zen moments. Things that help declutter the brain.

    My favorites are:
    Nature Hikes on a sunny cool day.
    Meditation in the mornings.
    An occasional drive in the country
    Doing something creative.
