    I see people doing those and while they look cool, I feel the same way.

    Tried it once a the urging of my trainer, with no weights. Way too wonky and unstable. If you must do them, never go so low that your tailbone curves downward. The worst part of the video linked is it doesn't show the tailbone/proper form.
