I bumped up the russian bear thread in the gaining weight forum. just incase there are those, like me, trying gain weight who haven't seen it, i made one for this forum. i work at a gym, but not as a trainer. luckily,i get great advise. i asked one of PTs how i can get big, fast, and legally. i know i have to eat a lot, and w/o of course. but i'm not always hungry. he told me about this stuff. when i started drinking it, i was 165lbs. a week and a half later, i was 176lbs. i'm telling you, this stuff is a life saver!

Aren't you worried about putting all those chemicals in your body? Gaining that much weight that quickly is definitely unhealthy, and if that weight is in fact muscle, I don't think it'd be a permanent gain.

Gaining weight and building muscle or hard gainers is just that, really hard. But no one ever said it was easy.

Stuff, how anyone never thought about it ...just stuff that stuff you and make you stuffed .. that's why you gain weight .

I remember when I was using gainer and protien powder I was gaining only about 2-3 pounds a month... icon_confused.gif

God, I do weight gainer in conjunction with eight meals or more and I gain 10 lbs or more a month.

High school science and chemistry do apply: supplements or not, you still gotta eat mass to gain mass.
