I posted this earlier and the site manager has deleted the topic. These are FACTS Mr. Site Manager:

    1) The DNC and Hillary Clinton campaign paid Fusion GPS several million dollars to concoct a FALSE "dossier" on then-candidate Trump.

    2) Fusion GPS used information that was funneled to them via a former British spy by Russian agents to come up with the "dossier."

    3) The Clinton campaign and DNC leaked the "dossier" to the media in an attempt to convince voters to vote for Hillary. THAT'S THE RUSSIAN COLLUSION.

    4) The "dossier" was also given to the FBI, who used it - without disclosing who paid for it - to obtain a warrant to spy on the Trump campaign, and then President-elect Trump and then President Trump.

Mr. Site Manager, WHY is this FACTUAL information not permitted on this site? I really don't like having to ask you this in public, but you never send a message letting me know WHY you are deleting topics that I post. And apparently when you delete other people's topics, you never let them know either. At least that's what I've read here in comments some others have made about having their topics deleted.

It was Hillary, Obama and the FBI that COLLUDED with Russia to produce the "dossier." They PAID Steele to go to Russia and get dirt on Trump. By that I mean Steele and the Russians made up 90% of the dossier. The FBI then took it to the FISA judge and lied through their teeth to get the judge to sign for the Trump WIRETAPPS and lied 3 more times to get extensions.

    There's your Russian collusion.

You can skirt around it all day, Ploojski, but the inconvenient fact is that The Washington Free Beacon initiated and paid for the Fusion GPS dirt-digging exercise that led to the creation of the dossier.

Washington Free Beacon funded original Fusion GPS anti-Trump opposition effort

Lawyers for the conservative publication Washington Free Beacon informed the House Intelligence Committee Friday that the organization was the original funder for the anti-Trump opposition research project with Fusion GPS.

The Free Beacon funded the project from the fall of 2015 through the spring of 2016, whereupon it withdrew funding and the project was picked up by the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign.

No Mr. BRIT who lives in the UK and has no ties to the USA.

Just because The Washington Free Beacon hired the same firm that Hillary and the DNC did does not = The Washington Free Beacon paid and colluded with Russian agents.

Now why don't you go post something about your NHS. I hear it has some issues at the moment.

Conservatives don't care when the lies are coming from their own side.

Washington Free Beacon reported ‘an unknown GOP client’ funded Fusion GPS. It was the Beacon.

The Washington Free Beacon disclosed in congressional testimony on Friday that it is the mysterious client that initially paid for opposition research on Donald Trump performed by Fusion GPS, the firm that later worked with a former British spy to produce a dossier of claims about ties between Trump and Russia.

Just three days earlier, the Free Beacon, a conservative news site founded in 2012, told its readers that before Democrats hired Fusion GPS in April 2016, the firm's work “was funded by an unknown GOP client while the primary was still going on."

The GOP client was not “unknown” — not to the Free Beacon, anyway. The site's feigned ignorance would have led any reasonable reader to conclude, wrongly, that it was not involved in the work of Fusion GPS.

Secrets From Trump’s Past Coming Out As Court Unseals Files On Shadowy Partner Felix Sater

    DC0YktCUAAA-_W0.jpg?w=1200&ssl=1

In interviews, and even in a 2013 sworn deposition, Donald Trump has claimed that he does not know the 51-year-old Russian-born businessman, Felix Sater. Sater is a man with ties to both Russian and American organized crime figures, and was Trump’s business partner in the troubled Trump Tower Soho project in lower Manhattan. He pled guilty in 1998 to racketeering as part of a $40 million stock fraud scheme that also involved members of the Genovese and Bonnano Mafia crime families.

But on Friday, a federal court ordered that previously sealed documents from Sater’s fraud case be made public, along with a court brief by an investigative journalist that could shed light on Trump’s relationship with Sater.

The documents themselves have not yet been made public, so specifics of what they might say about the Trump-Sater relationship remain unclear. However, several important details of how the two have done business have been reported publicly for several years. In fact, Sater has been described as Trump’s “original Russian connection.” Born in Moscow, Sater emigrated to the United States at age six and grew up in Brooklyn, New York.

Perhaps most significantly, it was Sater who, in a 2015 email to Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen, promised to enlist the help of Russian President Vladimir Putin to “engineer” a Trump victory in the 2016 presidential election.

Sater and his company, Bayrock Group LLC, rented office space in Trump Tower in Manhattan, just two floors below Trump’s own business office, in 2003. Bayrock later developed the Trump Tower Soho with Trump, a building that opened in 2008, but was immediately plagued with scandal, with many condominium purchasers in the building suing to get their money back.

The troubled Trump Tower Soho went into foreclosure in 2014 where it was purchased in an auction by a California-based real estate investment firm. Last year that firm, CIM Group, paid off the Trump Organization to end all of Trump’s involvement with the project, and even stripped Trump’s name off the building, which is now known as the Dominick Soho Hotel and Spa.

But Sater was also a key participant in another failed Trump real estate deal: Trump Tower Moscow, a deal that was active throughout Trump’s presidential campaign and as late as February of 2017, even as Trump repeatedly denied that he had any business deals in Russia

So Mueller indicts 13 Russians who aren't even in the country. This, in addition to someone who made a false statement to the FBI (that the FBI said did NOT make a false statement) and someone else who didn't file some government paperwork years and years ago.

This "investigation" is truly money well spent.

How to use Trump Tower and other luxury high-rises to clean dirty money, run an international crime syndicate, and propel a failed real estate developer into the White House. In 1984, a Russian émigré named David Bogatin went shopping for apartments in New York City. The 38-year-old had arrived in America seven years before, with just $3 in his pocket. But for a former pilot in the Soviet Army—his specialty had been shooting down Americans over North Vietnam—he had clearly done quite well for himself. Bogatin wasn’t hunting for a place in Brighton Beach, the Brooklyn enclave known as “Little Odessa” for its large population of immigrants from the Soviet Union. Instead, he was fixated on the glitziest apartment building on Fifth Avenue, a gaudy, 58-story edifice with gold-plated fixtures and a pink-marble atrium: Trump Tower.

A monument to celebrity and conspicuous consumption, the tower was home to the likes of Johnny Carson, Steven Spielberg, and Sophia Loren. Its brash, 38-year-old developer was something of a tabloid celebrity himself. Donald Trump was just coming into his own as a serious player in Manhattan real estate, and Trump Tower was the crown jewel of his growing empire. From the day it opened, the building was a hit—all but a few dozen of its 263 units had sold in the first few months. But Bogatin wasn’t deterred by the limited availability or the sky-high prices. The Russian plunked down $6 million to buy not one or two, but five luxury condos. The big check apparently caught the attention of the owner. According to Wayne Barrett, who investigated the deal for the Village Voice, Trump personally attended the closing, along with Bogatin.

If the transaction seemed suspicious—multiple apartments for a single buyer who appeared to have no legitimate way to put his hands on that much money—there may have been a reason. At the time, Russian mobsters were beginning to invest in high-end real estate, which offered an ideal vehicle to launder money from their criminal enterprises. “During the ’80s and ’90s, we in the U.S. government repeatedly saw a pattern by which criminals would use condos and high-rises to launder money,” says Jonathan Winer, a deputy assistant secretary of state for international law enforcement in the Clinton administration. “It didn’t matter that you paid too much, because the real estate values would rise, and it was a way of turning dirty money into clean money. It was done very systematically, and it explained why there are so many high-rises where the units were sold but no one is living in them.” When Trump Tower was built, as David Cay Johnston reports in The Making of Donald Trump, it was only the second high-rise in New York that accepted anonymous buyers.

In 1987, just three years after he attended the closing with Trump, Bogatin pleaded guilty to taking part in a massive gasoline-bootlegging scheme with Russian mobsters. After he fled the country, the government seized his five condos at Trump Tower, saying that he had purchased them to “launder money, to shelter and hide assets.” A Senate investigation into organized crime later revealed that Bogatin was a leading figure in the Russian mob in New York. His family ties, in fact, led straight to the top: His brother ran a $150 million stock scam with none other than Semion Mogilevich, whom the FBI considers the “boss of bosses” of the Russian mafia. At the time, Mogilevich—feared even by his fellow gangsters as “the most powerful mobster in the world”—was expanding his multibillion-dollar international criminal syndicate into America.https://newrepublic.com/article/143586/trumps-russian-laundromat-trump-tower-luxury-high-rises-dirty-money-international-crime-syndicate
