I've never been good at capturing moonscape pics like this, but this one by Erica Deitelhoff is a beautiful shot. It was taken in Chippewa County in Wisconsin.

That's a nice shot. I've been an amateur photographer for many years, and one of the things I learned after trying to capture some great moonscapes images, and doing some research, is that a lot of the really spectacular ones you see are actually Photoshop jobs. They capture a landscape, and then the moon, but not necessarily at the same time or place, and then paste the moon into the the landscape shot.

The trick is to shoot the farm buildings from far away, using a zoom lens. The moon stays the same size no matter where on earth you're shooting from but the buildings get smaller the farther away from them you are, so the moon appears to be huge in comparison.
