Anybody up to help each-other to loose weight?

    Hey guys icon_cool.gif
    I signed for 24h gym Anytime fitness in London and I would like to start going regularly at least 3times a week. My goal is to loose 2 stones and maybe gain muscles. I am not the kind of guy who eats egg white or this kind of s**t. I like to eat healthy but i also like a couple of pints at the weekend. icon_eek.gif
    Any body in the same situation who would like to share and who is happy to help each other in reaching the goal?

    You’re snubbing the thing that would be most critical to your goal which is diet. Not sure how this will fly among the folks who have achieved your goals and hold valuable insight that could help you since you’re disdaining their lifestyles.

    If you want to compromise on weekends that could be acceptable provided you have been more adherent to an actual healthy diet during the week, which you don’t seem very inclined to do.

    You can lose weight but if you have loose weight that means you would have to go in for treatments or something to tighten it up. I guess.

    You can lose weight but if you have loose weight that means you would have to go in for treatments or something to tighten it up. I guess.

    You are probably right, but I am Italian so our diet is not too bad by nature. Having said that I know I will never achieve your body, for sure
