A concept that the rabid radical leftist "progressive" liberal Democrats just don't understand. When you cut taxes, it results in more economic activity which in turn results in more tax revenue for the Federal government.

All fine and dandy but we still need to cut the horribly bloated defense budget. All that additional tax money allocated to defense should be reallocated to infrastructure rebuilding, the opiod crisis, medicare and medicaid, and public education.

The military has been woefully underfunded for the past 8 years. Now, I would be for a cut in military spending if we no longer have to defend the EU, Japan and South Korea and they paid for their own defense instead.

Bullshit! The US spends way too much on the military and even under Obama the defense spending still took up slightly over 50% of the federal budget. We need to cut the bloated military not waste more tax money on it. Increased defense spending always leads to more deficits.
