Check your Netflix account online and click on Viewing Activity. I found out mine was hacked (someone in Mexico, Ireland, and Maryland were watching programs on one of the five accounts you're alloted), starting 5/2017. I wasn't aware of this until someone changed my password and email for the account last week. It could have been hacked through the Smart TV. If you notice any odd activity, change your password and check Sign Out of All Devices.

I am on "Viewing History." Where do I from here to find out where these shows have been viewed? I only see the title of the program on the left and then "Report a problem on the right followed by an "X" after it.

I recently bought a new TV for my home gym. It was a used deal on Amazon. It's a smart TV with Netflix preloaded. I went to the Netflix account on the TV and unwittingly added myself as an additional user on the previous owner's account. I quickly realized the error, deleted his account and replaced it with my own. He might think his account was hacked, but he was a bit careless in not re-setting the TV when he returned it to Amazon. Had someone less honest than me bought it, they could now be watching Netflix for free.
