Hey guys! So I’ve always been skinny and never had any luck gaining muscle. I don’t need to have a six pack (although I wouldn’t mind one lol) but really I just wanna tone up a little and gain some muscle in my upper body. Do you guys have any tips? I’m vegan so my diet is pretty healthy and I get plenty of fruits and veggies. I’m a dancer so I workout regularly my legs are the only part of my body that are ripped lol the bright side of dancing for so many years I suppose.
