My Bouncing Boobies...

Back in the day I was really active. I would run everyday, I played soccer, I did anything to stay active. That was when I was really Flat. It the past few months I have been running less because I am trying to add muscle to my body. Now I am starting to run more, but my pecs (which I call boobs or boobies) bounce too much. It makes me feel like one of the girls from Baywatch, or the fat guy on the diving board. It makes me so uncomfortable I run with my shirt on... and now I have a farmers tan, Yay White Trash!icon_sad.gif

Is this natural and am I overreacting, or is there something else I can do to tighten my boobies?

edit* - Will my bouncing boobies cause premature sagging?

Do you see how skinny I am ? well, I have this issue when I run too fast...
And I don't have a gram of fat .. so ya this is normal, this is how our body act ... unless you want a body made of steel ..

Oh and don't worry you have nice boobies ..

It is for this reason I wear a compression shirt when I run. Even as skinny as I am, it's uncomfortable having my chest bounce.

They'll sag, but not prematurely. There just isn't enough heft there to cause excessive drooping or even stretchmarks.

Oh, and check your posture when you run. If you're letting your shoulders slope when you run you may be exacerbating this effect.

Your flopping feeling you get from your new pecs is unexpected, but harmless.

    um...

do some push-ups before you run, that will engage the muscle and they will stay flexed while you run.

    works every time for me

Meh, it's your choice if you want the girls floppin' in the wind or not. I do suggest the push-ups like onstage said if you don't want them sayin' hey to the world.

I think you like awesome so...

and those animations are brain melting. "Girls, girls!!!"

It's what pecs do. Be happy that you have enough mass there to produce a noticeable effect.

My pecs bounce all the time when I walk and they are firm it a muscle just as my thighs do the same and they are firm from squats dancing ect. They are doing what they do. I don't get it.

Can you send me a schedule of exactly where and when you'll be running. I need to see this in person to give you my (very scientific, of course) opinion. icon_razz.gif
