Any guys follow biorhythms and find a correlation between the charts and their performance?

Sometimes my swimming is sluggish and I consult the chart and am surprised to find the "physical" low, and likewise, i ve consulted the chart when i ve had extra power.
I have yet to percisely work out the exact points of change..

I think they are real, and measurable... how easy they are to chart and use is another matter entirely...

I´m critical of critical thinking as it is actually an attempt to conform the world into the paradigm of the critical thinker.
