Okay, so, i'm a slim guy. But, at the moment i'm aiming to get some riped abs. I know eating has a lot to do with how it. Now, i eat healthy. I eat organic foods and don't eat a lot of fake high fructose or whatever stuff. Just every now and then, i kinda eat something bad. Not like, a lot but, little things add up. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for me to help achieve 6-pack-abs.

Getting a 6-pack is always a matter of body fat. Even being slim, if your body fat is above 10% you wont be able to see your 6-pack. I recomend you to keep eating healthy, try eating less sodium (salt, crackers, nachos...) and finally add 20 to 30 minutes of cardio 4 or 5 times a week. If you are already slim, you´ ll see results in 3 to 4 weeks.

I have been doing ab exersizes 5-6 times a week and about 20-30 minutes of cardio a day as well. I am definatly feeling the diference in my stomic and it is starting to really show as well.

My problem is, I love to eat! Monday-Friday, because of my schedual it is easy for me to stick to a particular diet but on the weekends, I have some free time (like now). My trick is as follows:

during the week, I eat small meals through out the day, about 2 hours apart. Non preservative/ sat fats/ ect, and make sure I get a good balance of proten and low sugar. I consume the majority of calories early in the day.

Weekends are tricky. I purposely dont buy much groceries so I dont have much to raid out of the fridge. I allow myself one great meal of my choice once a week (I save mine for saturday night).
Its important to allow yourself this as to not drive yourself crazy!
