Okay, so, i'm a slim guy. But, at the moment i'm aiming to get some riped abs. I know eating has a lot to do with how it. Now, i eat healthy. I eat organic foods and don't eat a lot of fake high fructose or whatever stuff. Just every now and then, i kinda eat something bad. Not like, a lot but, little things add up. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for me to help achieve 6-pack-abs.
