They look pretty cool especially for urban cruising. I have seen a few at the parking lot at work. They must be a breeze to part in tight spots!icon_eek.gif

Those Accords are such BOATS. LOL... :-)

(I know folks who have 400,000 miles on 'em, too.)

The safety factor is a little moot if you mainly drive that thing in bumper to bumper traffic, with a maximum speed of 30 MPH.

    Welcome to LA! icon_lol.gif

I think they are as cute as hell
but having been the owner of lots of two seater sports cars
they aren't too practical when it comes to everyday transportation needs

One thing I like about mine is the 'Tardis like' feel of it. Seems much bigger when I'm in it than when I see one driving by me.
    My wallet saver.

Plus, I love changing the color.

    Starting with the doors
    Done

I'm really happy with how it is in the snow too.

You should see someof the concept cars that I saw at the Cleveland Auto Show this weekend! I'll get some pics up soon... but the one that Lincoln came up with is incredible! You should also look up the Nissan Cube and the Kia Soul.

I like these tiny cars, they are cute... but then they'll make you look like a clown..

Well at least you are not riding big cars to make up for some other size issues .. icon_wink.gif

I first saw them in Paris in 2001 and I thought "wow those are really cute". They are especially handy for parking in the old cities of Europe like Paris, London or Rome. I have even seen them on the 401 between Toronto and Montreal. They look kind of strange right beside a huge transport truck though.

My driving is too mixed for one of those. I think my next car will be a Prius, unless Toyota comes out with a RAV4 Hybrid.

I pondered the purchase of a Yaris, but instead, I ended up getting a 2003 Pontiac Vibe, new car stereo for the Vibe, Sony 52" TV and Blu-Ray player, 13" Macbook, and a Waring Pro rotisserie/convection oven.

I have drive a same car since 1996. It a small local make , 660 cc and get me where I want to go. It save on gasoline, low maintenance and all paid for. My friend suggested I buy a new car....I guess not at this moment. I am a motorcycle guy, as long as the old automoblie can run I stick with it.

Yeah they make great speed bumps when the regular sized cars run over them and the person in them.

The Smart's cabins are amazingly stiff structures.

Everyone has probably seen this by now, but note how well the occupant space is maintained even after hitting a much heavier car.
