I goto an Asian lady at the Mall. prices 17$ for 15 mins, 12$ for 10 mins and so on. I get the 15 min one. She elbows me in the back. It feels great. How is this different from other massage? She also does feet 30$ for 30 mins. What are the true benefits? I know it is the cheapest massage I can get besides the school, and I can manage to tune out busy shoppers. So should I have my feet done as well? LOL

depends what she does. There is a lot that could be "asian" massage: thai, shiatsu and various chinese modalities immediately jump to mind. The asian techniques are based on the concepts of chinese medicine (which you don´t have to believe in for it to work). It is LIKELY that she is primarily working energy rather than muscle, but it´s hard to say on the info you gave. Ask her where she´s from and what she´s doing to you and I´ll tell y ou more
