    Happy Monday!

Yeah, there are a few of us out here who enjoy them! In my opinion, it's a great day of the week, you are all relaxed from your weekend off of work, and ready to tackle a whole new week of problems.

What does everyone have planned for this week?

Only 15 days more until Halloween!

What challenges are you facing this week?
What are you looking forward to?

My biggest challenge is getting back on program. I don't know why it's so difficult.

    That's a big challenge.
But remember, it can't be too difficult, you did it before, so it's totally possible to do it again!

My big challenge for the week is softball.

I've never ever played before, and somehow got signed up to play for my work team in a local league. I need to buy a glove, and practice by tuesday, so i can avoid making an ass out of myself if at all possible.

oh yeah and learn how to catch, throw, and generally play softball.

    1) find a job.
    2) not hate said job.
    3) see my doctor, get referred to a psychiatrist.
    4) Hope I don't cycle again.
    5) Get back on my workout program
    6) Fall asleep and not be terrified I'm going to sleep through yet another day of class.

    Hmm...biomatty, care for a suggestion?

Your goals seem very vague and large.

How about making them a bit smaller and easier to notice progress?

How about instead of trying to "find a job" go with "put in four job applications"? Or something similar?

Goals are great when you can measure progress, otherwise they are like parents, just hanging over us measuring us. blech! who wants that!

this week, i've got work then trying to get my lazy arse to sew some clothes.
my biggest challenge is swallowing my pride and getting a job (just started working part time at a adult shop) because my clothing business is only making enough to support itself week by week and i can't expand and feel like i'm going nowhere. and my motivation is going downhill because of it.

what i'm looking forward to is to get out of this unhealthy mentality. and also i finally made an effort to socialize again (machine head and nas gigs coming up!) which will help keep my mind more active.

wish we celebrated halloween like you guys do, i remember that scene from ET where he's in his ghost outfit.....scared the hell outta me that guy but loved that part of the movie

This week... nothing major planned until the weekend. 3 shows this weekend, one friday night ( and two sunday. No rehearsal this weekend, but i do have class.

Through the week, work, gym, classes... find time to eat, sleep, and read a little (reading Anna Karenina right now).

HOPEFULLY... maybe i can find a nice guy to have dinner with this week, that would be very nice... we'll see though.

MAJOR challenge, deal with the pain. As it gets colder here in Ohio, the knee injury flares up and the soreness takes a little longer each time to get under control.

    That's All. icon_smile.gif
