You participate every day in forums .. how do you search for new threads that you read or post in them :

1- Do you go for the forums that interest you (health, dating, sex ...etc)
2-Or do you search for "updated since last login"?
    3- other : _______________

I go for 2 , cuz it's easier and will keep me updated with all what's new in all forums ..

    Good !

Follow his way and you'll reach 10000 posts in three weeks ! JK

I think it's the best way to stay updated . I tracked a thread only once .. since then I forgot this feature ..

I don't really search for threads that much. I usually just scan the 10 or so that are linked on the front page and click on ones that get my attention. If I'm following a discussion, I'll track it or search on threads I've posted to.

"Updated since last login" for me, since I'm online daily, and interested in all forum topics. But I'll also search by things I've posted and tracked.

I mostly do number 2 because after all that fiber, it has to come out. But then again, number 1 feels good when you feel like you're going to explode.

    Oh wait!

    We're talking about new threads!

    Number 2, with 2-ply please.

Honestly, I never knew you could search for threads updated since your last session..

Apparently, I'm not as smart as I originally thought...

If I see an interesting topic on the home page, I'll check it out. I don't typically search or use the tracking features.

For me its totally about the subject.. and I don't have time to review threads much (there is a certain RJ member who has let me know I need to review certain threads). Its all great fun, but with limited time.. well...

I mainly look at the front page. Check out my profile topics that I have posted if I'm still interested in it. Look at the actual forums. Sometimes I will go to the Forum topics like 'All Things Gay' go to something like page 20+ and try to revive an old thread just to see how it goes.

I usually go to the category. If there is a particular forum topic that I am interested in and have posted to then I check #2. I always check out DJ's blog. I like surprises and he usually delivers.

I must admit I usually avoid forum topics that have a spelling mistake in the title. I know that is anal but it turns me off right away (unless English is not the posters first language).
