Acrosports (www.acrosports.org) and SF Circus Center (www.circuscenter.org) both offer adult stretching classes. I took the "Extreme Stretching" class at Acrosports, and got really flexible. We did some dynamic stretches, but mostly a lot of static stretches. I don't know much about the stretching class at SF Circus Center, except that the instructor is supposed to be really strict. Hope this helps.

I've wanted to take a class at SF Circus Center, and I think the stretching class will do it for me. That or Mongolian contortion. I can't decide...

Cool. If you try either one, I'd be interested in knowing how it goes for you. I tried signing up for the stretching class last year, but it seems to fill up pretty quickly.

Chinese pole or aerial silk skills also looks really good. So many fun options.

I'm getting certified in AIS, Active Isolated Stretching with Aaron Mattes. Great technique. But you can get some ideas from "stretching" on YouTube or go to Innovative Body Solutions. They stretch Dara Torres the 41 y/o Olympic swimmer. Also very good.
