If you were cooking a romantic dinner for the guy below you (or guy above you, specify please), what would you make?

For you I would make a Sweet and Sour Chicken stir-fry and desert of chocolate swirl cheesecake. Drinks would be sparkling juices (apple or grape)

    THXXXXXXXX .. I love chicken ..

I think it shoud be "the guy above " ... cuz now I don't know what kind of meal should I make for him ..
Maybe he should have only salad ? icon_razz.gif

ok anyway I'll make for him spagetti with b├ęchamel sauce and some fried mushrooms with onions on top ... maybe with some meat balls just to make it un-kasher icon_twisted.gif ..

and a white wine would be good ..

LOL! Royce and I have had a short correspondence about this following last weekend's "Open That Bottle Night".

He has a standing invitation to join me in New Hampshire for a seafood dinner harvested by me:

    If in winter, for scallops, swiss chard, cous cous and a great Sancerre;

In Summer for steamed clams, lobster, and corn on the cob washed down with a killer dry Riesling.

PS: not wanting to impose, but, if invited, I would fly out with the seafood and happily join you and Cowboiway for your gastronomic sleepover! icon_cool.gif

Growingbig is possible bf material..so...like a puppy..I'd try to be at my best icon_wink.gif

    I'd start like this

By the fireplace that has a view of the Ocean, I'd have a bottle of 'Moet Brut Imperial Vintage 2004) chilled with some goose foie gras ( we are not sticking to regular diet tonight)

Then...after a little kissing after finishing the bottle of Champagna formidable

I'd sit him at the table in the same room so he could watch the snow fall as I brought in:

Soupe a Carrote avec creme fraiche

    puis (then)

Un Poulet de Bresse pour deux avec champignons, shallots et vin au jus
Pommes de terre en herbes de provence
    Une melange de Legumes d'hiver

    Profiteroles en sirop au chocolat

    Eau de vie

    Voila!

I'd be 'making for the door'. Even if he had the nerve to try my cooking, it would probably kill him and I wouldn't want to be around for all the heaving, popping of eyeballs, rolling around, screaming, etc. icon_rolleyes.gif

Very funny alpha. I can never figure out why men post these verbose profiles here, match and other sites saying they are so into building a rel when they shy away from the time and effort it takes to start one, let alone nurse it along.
