There's no way to get rid of stretch marks is there? I guess I have been lifting more and heavier in general, but they're becoming more noticeable They appear on my biceps right near my arm pits and the front and inner part of my thighs near the groin. Sorry if that was a gross description. I should probably stop lifting heavy huh? I've been doing bench presses a lot at 10-8-4-1-15(superset) about once every 1-2 days. I'm guessing the ones on my legs came from a couple of times doing squats, like 8-8-6-2-2, although if I got stretch marks from doing squats, the marks would probably be on the underside of my legs, not the top-side right? Hmm, dunno what's up with me ...

Something that has worked for me is applying a concentrated vitamin "e" gel they sell at GNC.. its fairly inexpensive. My bicep stretch marks have gotten smaller...

I think it's genetics combined with how fast your muscles grew. Light skinned men seem more prone to stretch marks and men with very dark skin. At my gym there are all types the latin and euro guys seem to luck out when it comes to stretch marks. I have a friend who is going for laser removal to help reduce the appearance. I will let you know if I see a difference. He's an NP bodybuiler, so he needs to lessen the look to eventually turn pro.

stretch marks are inevidable to insure that you don't get them or if you just want them to go away put some coco butter lotion on them it works i found this because a doctore recomended it to my sister when she was pregnant he said it reduces them and can in some cases get rid of them TRY IT put it on every day after a shower

i have horrible stretch marks above my biceps, they've been there for over 6 months and haven't really changed much. my friend told me he used cocoa butter for a year and his finally faded. so, i've been using that for a month. they're still there but there smoother now, and not as red.... i like to think of them as my tat's, cuz i don't plan on stopping my workouts

Psh, I've got stretch marks from just growing taller. It's actually kind of embarrassing for me. Thank god no one can really see them.
