I was wondering what you would tell someone who can't afford to go to the gym, is aspiring to have a better body ASAP (before the end of the year), and would like to have muscle definition by the late summer (for the beach! lol)?

I want to forever exercise my body and take care of it. are there any simple daily exersises for my gluts, my abs, my arms, and my legs?

how many reps of what a day? how many times a week? should i do it before or after i eat? how long before i start to see results?

i have the ab lounge and the ab roller but i don't want to use that crap (unless anyone suggest that it is useful). i just want to exercise the old-fashioned way...push-ups, crunches, sit-ups, glut exercises, calf exercises- three to four times a week (or everyday if it's safe).

who knows, maybe in 6 months i can post my progress and u guys can be proud of little ol' me for working so hard. :)

    any suggestions please reply.

    thank you to all!

and ps- u guys have awesome bodies. this site is very inspiring. and anyone in nyc that's going to PRIDE, hope to see u there (with a better body)!

FYI, RealJock.com will be putting up an article on weights-free workout programs for travelers next weekend (April 13). You'll be able to find it on the home page. It's a good, simple program that should work well for your needs.
