2 Month Routine Advice

    Hey guys,
    I'm going to Cancun at the beginning of May. Esentially, I'd like to lose 5 pounds to show my abs BUT I'd also love keep adding muscle. I know if I do too much cardio I'll burn muscle.
    I want to look really ripped/shredded for my vacation.

    I have 2 months to get this done. Advice?icon_question.gif

    P.S. I love sugar. I know this is the enemy. Haha

    Does too much cardio really burn muscle?

    I would recomend a balance of HIIT and circuit training. If you add a few pounds of muscle and subtract a few pounds of body fat, you just might get thouse abs to POP.

    Of course your weight will not change. Don't focus on the Scale. Focus on reducing BodyFat.
