For us to decide on whether to *respect* his reason - we need to *know* his reason!

(He is a great guy - a good contributor here - and we don't like seeing guys of that quality leave!)

Very unfortunate indeed. We need to get him back. I always appreciated his level of knowledge about the markets, American (and Presidential) history and his sharing of his pictures from his childhood. Always had great things to say. I'm sorry to hear he'd leave.

I had no indication that anybody wanted to disrepect his reason for leaving. I only just noticed that he had left.

How will we know if we are disrespecting it, if we dont know what it is?

I was only just getting to know him.

I don't get why some well loved members are leaving, and seemingly in cryptic, mysterious circumstances. First Zdrew, now Surrealife. What gives?

Well this is friggin weird but RJ has resurrected my old account. Like Lazarus from the dead. I did not think that was possible.

So I am back, and I did miss the people on the RJ forums, just not the flame wars.

Gotta love those paintings of Middle Eastern men looking like Anglo-Saxons!

I frankly prefer Jewish and Arabic men. The Barry Gibb look leaves me cold.

I'm glad you're back. Our side (the sane people side) needs you.

What a relief... all the class has been hemorhaging out of the site and the flame wars (with the exception of the chat/forum one which was so camp and silly that it wasn´t offensive) have been UTTERLY tedious.

What you talking about? Everyone knows that Jesus was British.
